Official Rules Zorah Shrine Circus Ticket Giveaway

1. HOW TO ENTER
1. The Zorah Shrine Circus Ticket Giveaway Contest will begin on Wednesday October 10, 2012 and end at 11:59 a.m. on Wednesday October 17th
2012
2. To participate in the
contest, you may enter via the following web page:

3. Users can enter as many
entries as they like. Only one family member per household will
be
allowed to receive prize.
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
1. The contest is open to
all WTHI-TV viewers & WTHITV.com users, who are 18 years of age
or
older and who legally reside in Indiana and Illinois (Wabash Valley). Employees of WTHI-TV (the
“Station”), its licensee, its
corporate parents,
subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies,
participating
sponsors/promotional partners, other television stations in the Terre Haute
area and the members
of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or
win. Subject to all applicable federal,
state, and local laws and
regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. The winner may be required to sign an
agreement that absolves LIN Television and other
participating sponsors from
any and all responsibility regarding awarded prizes once they
are
received. Winners are also responsible for any and all income and other
taxes and fees that arise
by virtue of receiving prizes, included but not limited to
sales and other taxes.
3. PRIZES
1. The contest is open to all WTHI-TV viewers &
WTHITV.com users who are 18 years of age or

2. The winner may be required to sign an agreement that

participating sponsors from any and all responsibility
regarding awarded prizes once they are
received. Winners are also responsible for any

prizes, included but not limited to sales and other
taxes.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
1. Decisions of the Station
management with respect to the contest are final.
2. The winner will be
notified via email on or after each contest drawing. Winner will be chosen at
random from the entries
received.
3. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received, as
applicable.
4. Winners must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility
and/or liability/publicity
release within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize
will be forfeited and an alternate
winner may be chosen by random drawing. If a potential winner
cannot be contacted, fails to sign
and return the required affidavit of eligibility and/or
liability/publicity release within the required
time period, or if a prize
or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner
forfeits
prize.
5. CONDITIONS
1. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely
the responsibility of the winners.
Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the
equivalent.
2. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have
their name, voice, or
likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material
relating to this contest without additional
financial or other
compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming
such
consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
3. Prior to awarding any
prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may
require
contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability
release, agreeing to hold
the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary
and affiliated corporations, and the
officers, shareholders, directors, employees,
agents and representatives of each of them
harmless against any and all
claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize
or
participation in the contest.
4. The Station reserves the right to make
changes in the rules of the contest, including the
substitution of a prize or
equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.
If
due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or
prize-related event is
delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station
reserves the right, but not the
obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be
required to award a substitute prize.
5. Failure to comply with the contest rules may
result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at
the
discretion of the Station.
6. The Station is not responsible for
typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering
or
the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a
prize.
7. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete)
are available
during regular business hours at the main studio of WTHI-TV, 918 Ohio Street,
