OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

HOW TO ENTER

1. The "WTHI TV-10 Super Score Sweepstakes Giveaway Contest" will begin Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at 4:00 pm ET and end on Sunday, February 2, 2014 at 6:30pm ET. (Submission Period.)
2. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s):
   A. Enter via the, WTHITV.com Contest page.
   
   B. By Mail. Provide your full name, address, daytime phone number, email address, age and the name of the contest. Mail completed information to: WTHI-TV Super Score Sweepstakes, 800 Ohio St, Terre Haute, IN, 47807.
   
   C. In Person. Register in person at the WTHI-TV studios, 800 Ohio Street, Terre Haute, IN 47807 by completing the registration form and depositing it in the designated drop box.
   
   WTHI-TV must receive all entries no later than 6:30 p.m. ET Sunday February 2, 2014 (the “Entry Deadline Date”). To meet this deadline, we suggest that mail-in entries be post-marked by the Wednesday, January 29, 2014.
   
   
3. The Station/UPICKEM is not responsible for Internet transmission errors, illegible entries, service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent transmitting his/her entry.
   
   
4. For entries by mail, the Station is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, misdelivered, illegible, incomplete or late entries.
   
   
5. One entry per household.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

1. The contest is open to all WTHI-TV / myFOX10 viewers & WTHITV.com / myFOX10tv.com users, who are 18 years of age or older and who legally reside in the following Indiana counties Clay, Daviess, Greene, Knox, Martin, Parke, Sullivan, Vermillion, and Vigo or the following Illinois counties Clark, Crawford, Cumberland, Edgar, Jasper, Lawrence, and Richland.  Employees of WTHI-TV (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other television stations in the Terre Haute area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest.
3. Winners of this contest are not eligible to win additional prizes in future submission periods.
4. Winners will be required to fill out contest eligibility forms and show proof of ID to obtain their prize.
5. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES FOR THE WINNERS:

1. A. If the opening kickoff is returned for a touchdown: 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS AWD from Dorsett Automotive approximate retail value of $35,000.
   B. If the second half kickoff is returned for a touchdown: 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited SUV from Burger Chrysler Jeep approximate retail value of $35,000.
   C. For each touchdown, if any: $100 Gift Certificate from Wabash Valley Harley-Davidson
   D. For each Interception:if any: $50 Gift Certificate from Terre Haute Tattoo
   E. For each Interception for touchdown:if any: $50 Gift Certificate from Dusty's Transmission Service
   F. For each sack, if any: $50 Gift Certificate from Glidden Furniture
   G. For each punt, if any: $25 Gift Certificate from Delish Café
   H. For each punt for touchdown, if any: $100 Gift Certificate from the Himes Law Office
   I. For each first down, if any: $25 Gift Certificate from Ross Elliott Jewelers
   J. For each Field Goal, if any: $50 Gift Certificate from Osborn's Georgia Carpet
   
   
2. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 10 business days of the end of the contest period.
3. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

1. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.
   
   
2. Drawing A - If the opening kickoff of the Big Game at the MetLife Stadium on February 2, 2014 is returned for a touchdown, Station will choose a winner by random drawing from all eligible entries on February 3, 2014 at approximately Noon ET for Prize A. If the opening kickoff is not returned for a touchdown, there will be no drawing for Prize A.
   
   Drawing B - If the second half kickoff of the Big Game at the MetLife Stadium on February 2, 2014 is returned for a touchdown, Station will choose a winner by random drawing from all eligible entries on February 3, 2014 at approximately Noon ET for Prize B. If the second half kickoff is not returned for a touchdown, there will be no drawing for Prize B.
   
   Drawing C – For each touchdown scored at the Big Game at the MetLife Stadium on February 2, 2014, Station will choose a winner by random drawing from all eligible entries on February 3, 2014 at approximately Noon ET for Prize C. For example, if three touchdowns are scored, then the Station will conduct 3 drawings for three instances of Prize C. If no touchdowns are scored, then there will be no drawings for Prize C.
   
   Drawing D – For each Interception at the Big Game at the MetLife Stadium on February 2, 2014, Station will choose a winner by random drawing from all eligible entries on February 3, 2014 at approximately Noon ET for Prize D. For example, if there are three Interceptions, the Station will conduct 3 drawings for three instances of Prize D. If there are no Interceptions, then there will be no drawings for Prize D.
   
   Drawing E – For each Interception for touchdown at the Big Game at the MetLife Stadium on February 2, 2014, Station will choose a winner by random drawing from all eligible entries on February 3, 2014 at approximately Noon ET for Prize E. For example, if there are three Interception for touchdowns, the Station will conduct 3 drawings for three instances of Prize E. If there are no Interception for touchdowns, then there will be no drawings for Prize E.
   
   Drawing F – For each sack at the Big Game at the MetLife Stadium on February 2, 2014, Station will choose a winner by random drawing from all eligible entries on February 3, 2014 at approximately Noon ET for Prize F. For example, if there are three sacks, the Station will conduct 3 drawings for three instances of Prize F. If there are no sacks, then there will be no drawings for Prize F.
   
   Drawing G – For each punt at the Big Game at the MetLife Stadium on February 2, 2014, Station will choose a winner by random drawing from all eligible entries on February 3, 2014 at approximately Noon ET for Prize G. For example, if there are three punts, the Station will conduct 3 drawings for three instances of Prize G. If there are no punts, then there will be no drawings for Prize G.
   
   Drawing H – For each punt for touchdown at the Big Game at the MetLife Stadium on February 2, 2014, Station will choose a winner by random drawing from all eligible entries on February 3, 2014 at approximately Noon ET for Prize H. For example, if there are three punt for touchdowns, the Station will conduct 3 drawings for three instances of Prize H. If there are no punt for touchdowns, then there will be no drawings for Prize H.
   
   Drawing I – For each first down at the Big Game at the MetLife Stadium on February 2, 2014, Station will choose a winner by random drawing from all eligible entries on February 3, 2014 at approximately Noon ET for Prize I. For example, if there are three first downs, the Station will conduct 3 drawings for three instances of Prize I. If there are no first downs, then there will be no drawings for Prize I.
   
   Drawing J – For each Field Goal at the Big Game at the MetLife Stadium on February 2, 2014, Station will choose a winner by random drawing from all eligible entries on February 3, 2014 at approximately Noon ET for Prize J. For example, if there are three Field Goals, the Station will conduct 3 drawings for three instances of Prize J. If there are no Field Goals, then there will be no drawings for Prize J.
   
   
3. Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone.

CONDITIONS

1. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
2. By participating in the contest, participants agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. The Website’s Terms of Service apply to any online portions of this Contest.
3. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
4. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. “If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.”
5. Failure to comply with the contest rules or the Station’s website Terms of Service may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.
6. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
7. The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, WTHI-TV. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
8. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Entry into the contest means you understand that you are providing your information to the WTHI-TV/LIN Media, the contest sponsor, and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used by WTHI-TV and the sponsor and no liability to Facebook shall be inferred.
